Personal Chef In EnglewoodI am a professional Chef with more than 40 years of experience in the culinary world, all over many Countries. I am actually based in Secaucus-NJ where I manage with my partner Matteo, another talented Italian chef, my own consulting company. In Italy I have been working in my restaurant for 17 years where I was awarded of my first MICHELIN STAR in 2007; I have also been executive chef in the best Kosher restaurant in the NY area. I am really fond of fine dining and high end food. Do not focus only on the first menu I’m proposing you, be more pretentious and ask for more options, I have many other ideas to suggest, TU VO FA L’AMERICANO, SOUL, COME WITH ME, WELCOME TO ITALY are only a small part of them. True Italian hospitality represents to me a must!
