Over the years, I have had the honor of serving as an executive chef at esteemed establishments such as Wynn and Bellagio, where I honed my skills and built a reputation for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

I take pride in curating a diverse international menu that spans Italian, Mexican, Greek, French, and Spanish cuisines. I am also adept at adapting to various dietary needs, including Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, and Spa diets, ensuring that every dining experience is tailored to the individual.
