I have been cooking professionally for over 10 years. I've worked in Michelin Restaurants both Los Angeles and San Francisco. Attended Culinary School in Pasadena, received my Bachelor's degree at CSULB. I've always been passionate about artistic food service and believe it is something that nourishes our inner being. I work extremely well with others and pride myself on being tidy, punctual, and ruthlessly efficient.
