Get to know me better

I'm a first generation born American of Italian born parents, and my cooking style reflects both rustic and classically refined influences.

I attended culinary school in my home town of Detroit, where I opened and operated my own restaurant for 3 years. I moved to South Florida and led the culinary program at Sur La Table as Resident Chef. For the past several years I have been cooking and instructing privately for local events and families. In 2023, I cooked and travelled throughout Italy and southern France for 2 months to reconnect with my Mediterranean roots and inspire and influence my culinary repertoire. Hospitality is part of my DNA and I find great satisfaction connecting people at the table and watching as they are blown away by a myriad of flavors that thrills their palates!
