A happy go lucky person with a flair for anything related to food.

I am a Private Chef with over 8 years experience in American, French and Caribbean Cuisine. Focusing on Modern Cuisine I have extended my reach toward changing the way Caribbean food is perceived. Using Molecular Gastronomy I aim to create a new way of cooking Traditional Caribbean Cuisine. Throughout my time I have worked many great restaurants one of those being Juni a 2 Michelin Starred Restaurant. Juni has thought me how to be humble when it comes to cooking how to see food more than food but see food as love and art.
