I am someone who takes pride and joy in the creation of art and flavor as it pertains to food and those I'm making it for.
In my life food has always been a driving force for every aspect of my life, because at the end of the day no matter how bad things get in life food is always there. I like to use as a means of expressing emotion and bringing people together. When people ask me what my favorite thing to cook is I always tend to hate that question; because, the way I see it I love all food from all reaches of the earth. One day I might make an amazing Indian chicken curry, and the next a Cuban ropa vieja; so whatever dish you might be craving there's a high likelihood I'll be able to create it for you.
