super outgoing personal chef that im willing to express my knowledge to you at your house.
Im half italian and half argentinian. Ive travel to numerous countries and live in opposites sides of the world. All my life since i was a kid i cooked. I graduated from Lenotre French Culinary school. Ive worked in Martha's Vineyards as a sous chef and a executive chef at a sushi restaurant . Now I own my catering company called FASSI’S and we do Private events, catering, and teach classes. My love for the food and knowledge is shown on my cooking. Looking forward to cook for you!
