I am a Professional chef that has been cooking for over 10 years. I studied at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, where I was trained in classical French cuisine. After I Graduated, I worked for a large resort where I honed my skills in world Cuisine. There i worked in a southwestern Restaurant, Opened a New American style Gastropub and also worked Catering Large weddings and Special Events with varied styles of cuisine. I Strive to Place an Elevated feel on any cuisine.
