I am a Professional chef that has been cooking for over 10 years. I studied at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, where I was trained in classical French cuisine. After I Graduated, I worked for a large resort where I honed my skills in world Cuisine. There i worked in a southwestern Restaurant, Opened a New American style Gastropub and also worked Catering Large weddings and Special Events with varied styles of cuisine. I Strive to Place an Elevated feel on any cuisine.

Chef Martin was great to work with in advance. Excellent variety and recommendations. Outstanding and fun experience

Chef Martin was incredible every step of the way from the menu proposal to dessert. Was very hands off when we were busy chatting but engaging when serving each course. I was nervous the portion sizes my not be enough for some but there was plenty of food and offered little extras here and then for the favourite sauces & pieces. Highly recommend.

First time having a private chef. I would expect that all the chef's on the site can deliver an excellent meal and we got that. What made the meal special, besides the occasion, is that Chef Martin and his wife are people I would shop, cook, and eat with. They are very generous with their knowledge and so fun.

Chef Martin and his wife were phenomenal. The food was out of this world and they had a fun time bantering with the whole bachelorette party. I had never hired a private chef before, let alone at an Airbnb in a town I was unfamiliar with, and he was so flexible and able to adapt to the kitchen even though I didn’t even know what the kitchen was going to look like. I seriously can’t say enough about the experience. It’s something we will all remember for the rest of our lives, and it truly could not have gone any better. I have raved to all my friends and family about TakeAChef and specifically Chef Martin because it was such an incredible experience. Thank you so much for making my sister’s bachelorette party amazing!

We decided on doing a private chef for my sisters bachelorette party. Martin was so great! We’re so happy with our experience. He did such a great job explaining the dishes & they all tasted amazing too! It was so easy communicating with him in regard to certain guest dietary restrictions. We are so happy that we had the experience we had. We would definitely love to use him again in the future!

Chef Martin was truly excellent! He was so accommodating leading up to the day and day of was amazing. He was punctual and professional and everything tasted insanely good. He brought an adorable table setting and printed menu and then fully cleaned up after the fact. 10/10 would recommend
