I use my refined technique to cook creative and/or classic cuisine that feeds the stomach and the soul.
As a culinary professional for the past 25 years I have learned and experienced a wide variety of cuisines. I started at a very young age, and was a highly acclaimed executive chef in my early college age at a restaurant in Seattle, WA. I have had the pleasure of working in Maui, HI and now New York, NY as well as Seattle, and aside from years of executive chef experience, I have found my passion in being a private chef. I love the more personal touch, connection, and moments created through my events.
