A young passionate cook with experience around the world, crafting memorable dishes even at Michelin-level finesse.

As a professional chef with extensive training from top culinary institutions, including a scholarship-backed diploma at one of Greece's finest schools, I bring a refined, globally inspired approach to private dining. Though I am originally from the island of Cyprus I started my career at one of the most popular and successful restaurants of Ibiza, Spain. My latest experience spans Michelin-starred kitchen in NYC and mentorship under renowned chefs like Jean-Georges.

For you I create custom, seasonal menus tailored to your preferences, blending bold flavors with impeccable technique. Whether you're hosting an intimate dinner or a large celebration, I am dedicated to delivering a memorable culinary experience with the highest standards of service and respect for your space.
