I have 15 years of professional cooking experience. My first job was a dishwasher and I got a glimpse of what it was like cooking in a restaurant. I've staged at michelin star restaurants and am classically trained in French food despite mostly working at Italian restaurants. I recently moved to Mankato from Canada, as I found love here in this great city of yours decided to move here to be with her!
