I am Colorado based Personal Chef and a junior in the Paragon Culinary School program. I served in the Army as a medic and also did MMA for 12 years. After the Army I was a medic on an ambulance here in Colorado for 13 years. The next chapter for me is food. Cooking is peaceful to me and I am continually learning and evolving as a chef.
