I have a degree from prestigious Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. I pride myself in Global Cuisine From Asian Pho, to Ramen, to Sushi , Paella and Tapas from Spain. My ancestors are from Italy so I tend to gravitate towards regional Italian from Bologna and Tuscany to Seaside Cooking of Sicily .
