I’m Marissa and along with my business partner Justin we are Brown Butter Kitchen.
I've worked at restaurants in the Montclair area and Justin has worked at many restaurants throughout NYC, NJ, & CA. We love making delicious food that makes you feel at home but is also elevated. We tend to mix influences from our childhoods: american classics, as well as Italian, and French cuisines but our main focus for food is freshness of ingredients, locally sourcing as much as possible, and layering flavors. We also take hospitality very seriously and strive to create memorable experiences for our clients. We look forward to taking care of you!
