Private Chef In ChicagoI am a professional chef for two decades experience in the culinary industry. I studied Hospitality at Les Roches in Switzerland and culinary at National Louis University - Kendall College. In 2011, I moved to London to work for chef Jason Atherton and his Two-Star Michelin restaurant in Mayfair. I then went to work at his One-Star restaurant in New York City. After New York, I decided to hone my skills and work for Chef Neil Perry in Sydney, Australia at his flagship restaurant, Rockpool Bar and Grill. After finishing my tenure in Australia, I travelled for two years going to places like Southeast Asia, India, and South America before landing in The Dutch Caribbean for a Chef de Cuisine position at a 5 star resort.
