Making delicious food is how I say, “I love you.”

My mother, Jinette Roux, was from the Aquitaine in France. She specialized in cooking regional dishes. I also studied with Mme Liane Kuony at The Postillion Great House School. Look her up online. I have decades of experience providing private catering for groups under 50, and also had my own Seasonal Creperie called Cafe Roux on Sean’s Island, Maine.
