I am a professional Chef with 10 years experience in the kitchen! I took on my first executive chef position at 21. I have some schooling from the The Art Institute of a Raleigh Durham with a focus in pastry arts and restaurant management. I have worked under Chef Dan Fein, at Hope Valley country Club. We offered all aspects of casual and fine dining. This is we’re I learned my knife skills and how to break down lobsters and my risotto etc. I worked for Il Forno Italian Kitchen where my focus was creating homemade pasta dishes and wood fire pizzas. I worked as the executive chef for Sazon Latin American Table. A Latin fusion restaurant where my signature dishes were a Pollo a La Brasa and Grouper Tacos with cilantro Lime slaw! My style is definitely a homage to my Latin roots! Lots of flavor!
