and improved with different techniques learned in the more than 20 countries that I traveled in this culinary life. I have experience in different flavors, Mediterranean, Italian, Spanish, Arabic cuisine and I have the ability to create incredible dishes, fusing the type of cuisine that the client wants. I am the genius who fulfills what you want on your plate....Since our daughter was born 3 years ago, we have changed the way we choose products, reducing dairy to a minimum, using only organic products with no more than 2 ingredients, we make everything with seasonal and fresh products, this enhances not only the flavors, that this gives us strength and nourishment to our body. i used to use fermentation food in my dishes. I am an expert in the use of homemade products of natural fermentation in my dishes.
