Being a chef is my life a blend of passion, creativity, and dedication. The kitchen is my sanctuary, where I transform ingredients into experiences.
I am a professional chef with 12 years experience in the culinary world. I studied at Culinary School in Brazil and in 2011 I joined one of the biggest company of Hotels in the world Accor Softel, 2012 I joined Chef Leslie Monteiro in her bakery, in 2016 I decide to learn international cuisine working in Manhattan in one of the places with Michelin and also joined a great catering company in Long Island City with Chef Sacha.
I work as a Private Chef in CT area and Florida.
