Denver born & raised chef. Southern and Italian background, French and Italian trained. 10 years experience cooking professionally, a lot more in life
I grew up in my Italian grandmother's kitchen making my southern grandmother's recipies. I've cooked in delis, smokehouses, steak houses, fast casual, and fine dining restaurants. Even got to cook in Italy which was a dream. I try to build rich and complex flavors from simple clean ingredients. Also happy to add a THC (provided by you of course) experience to any meal.
