I was born in Italy and lived there almost my whole life. in 2013 i decided to move to Sint Maarten in the Caribbean. After pursuing a totally different career in Italy, when I moved to the Caribbean i decided to pursue my true passion, cooking. So I opened an Italian restaurant and stayed there with it for almost 5 years until when Irma came and destroyed the island making me and my family move away. Now I am here in Miami starting my career as personal chef
