Most recently was a sous chef at Selden Standard before starting a private chef company 3 years ago. Worked in kitchens all over Detroit and Chicago. My passion lies in sharing the knowledge of how we source the food that we serve you and your guests. Cooking for as little as 2 people and as many as 100.
