Growing up in a small town in Arkansas, I always had a love for cooking and especially for barbecue. It was part of the summer tradition where I’m from, and I knew that it was something I wanted to pursue professionally. In 2013, I decided to take a leap of faith and move to Austin, Texas with just $200.00 in my pocket to attend Le Cordon Bleu. Although it was a challenging experience, I knew that my passion for cooking would help me overcome any obstacles that came my way.

I pour my heart and soul into every dish, infusing it with the same passion and drive that led me to where I am today. I am committed to serving the best food for my clients and providing an experience that is truly glorious.

Chef Marcus was on time and very kind & professional throughout. Most importantly, the food was delicious. Made for a great night!

Chef Marcus transported us to Paris with his informed and thoughtful preparation of a fine French inspired meal. He was timely, clean, communicative. HIs dishes were flavorful, rich, and delicious. As a Chef, he knew just the right blend of herbs and spices to enhance every single bite. He was respectful, professional, and a talent to be recognized. His skills in the kitchen amazed us and he left no evidence that he had even prepared the meal in the kitchen (left is spotless). He left his workspace in immaculate condition as it was when he arrived. We look forward to tasting our way through his many other areas of specialty (Texas BBQ, Shrimp Boil, and even his Asian dishes). We will be hiring his services again in the very near future. I highly recommend hiring him again and again! Five Stars all the way around!!!

Chef Marcus brought all the food and it was quality. He spent the time prepping and the he managed his time so all of the courses were hot when we received them. Chef Marcus made for one great experience and I would highly recommend him.
