Chef Marco is a true delight. Very professional, yet warm and engaging. From the beginning when I decided to hire him based on his inital menus, he sent me several menu ideas and made changes when I asked for them. We had him come on Super Bowl night and it was a perfect decision. Oh my gosh, there was so much food just as appetizers I was almost full. Then he served an antipasto, a salad, a main course with another amazing salad, followed by a huge piece of strawberry cheesecake. So much food that we wrapped it up and had some for lunch today. Marco is very sweet and charming and friendly. I felt we had known him a long time. You will be happy to have him cooking for you.
