I am a profesional chef, graduated of Le Cordon Bleu of Peru, very passionate chef with 15 year of experience in many beatifull restaurants in Perú and Dominican Republic, i love the mediterranean cuisine too, from Spain, Italy, Greece and obviously France, i love Nikkei Food, its amazing how Japanese culture mixed with Peruvian food, im creative and Dynamic in the kitchen.
