Hi & Welcome to my Kitchen!

I am Chef Marcela Ferrinha an International Chef originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and I have been living in the USA for nearly 17 years. During this time, I’ve resided in five different states and explored many of the country’s most iconic destinations. Currently based in Utah, I enjoy the exceptional snow and have come to appreciate the charm of this state despite its cold weather.

With almost 25 years in the Food & Beverage industry, my passion for cooking and serving people remains as strong as ever. I specialize in restaurant consulting, menu creation, design, and management. In addition to my consulting work, I am a chef instructor at Salt Lake Community College, where I teach in the Culinary Arts program. I also conduct online cooking classes for a global audience, including major companies like Facebook, Instagram, and Amazon.

I host a cooking show on TV Connect, a Brazilian TV channel based in Orlando that reaches over 4.5 million viewers monthly across more than 80 countries. My culinary expertise extends to food photography and styling, and I recently contributed a recipe for Florentine Cookies to the cookbook The Delmonico Way by Max Tucci.
