While cooking for my family and friends I discovered an unequaled satisfaction in each dish and with each smile ... that's how I began my journey as a home chef. I continued with my training in Argentina ... perfecting techniques and incorporating new textures and flavors.
Three years ago I started to specialize in different branches of healthy cooking: vegetarian, sodium-free, macrobiotic, celiac ... in order to give this audience a different proposal: eat healthy or with certain restrictions and as tasty as possible!
Currently I give cooking workshops tailored to different needs and offer chef services at home or for small events and catering.
