I have been a professional chef for over 40 years and was trained in France. I owned several restaurants and a cooking school in Miami.

I am a professional chef with over 40 years of experience. I owned several restaurants in America,France,Spain and Venezuela.

I spent most of my lifetime in Miami where I owned 2 restaurants and a cooking school,with a gourmet shop.

I came to the Midwest in 2017 to purchase a restaurant in Windsor Heights,it was an Argentinian grill called Al Punto.

Presently, I also work as a chef consultant for the largest Des Moines catering company.

Cooking is my life and that’s what I’m doing every day! I enjoy traditional French cuisine,Jacques Pépin and Julia Child with a touch of modernity.

I started my cooking adventure as an apprentice in France and graduated in 1974 from the University culinaire de Marciac in southwest France.

A cooking secret...

No secret in my kitchen, I was taught and trained to pass my knowledge… Of course, I only use fresh ,local and prime quality ingredients.
