As a Culinary school graduate that travelled and lived overseas for 5 years, I've returned home to work as an Executive Banquet Chef in Boutique Hotels. Marc was wonderful. He made sure ahead of time that he knew exactly what we wanted and was very attentive to our food restrictions as well. He arrived exactly when he said he would and before long the apartment smelled fantastic. Each course was delicious and full of interesting flavors and fresh ingredients. He was great to talk to as well, and left the kitchen sparkling at the end. It was a first rate experience.
