I have nearly 15 years in the food industry but currently work as a personal chef - on location, farm-to-table style. I focus on vegan food that doesn’t sacrifice flavor or flare. I am an avid fermenter, amateur herbalist, and home cook who is always experimenting. I love cooking for people, from the smallest meal to the largest spread. I think a good meal should be a ride of complimentary flavors that piece together into a comforting and nourishing cohesive whole. I am capable of cooking within restrictions such as gluten free, soy free, etc. - I will accommodate you!
