My family's love of food has spanned three generations and two continents. Coming from a family of chefs and restaurateurs, the kitchen is where I am most comfortable and inspired.

I consider a clean kitchen and a basket of fresh provisions my palette on which to create beauty. I am so grateful to share my gift with visitors and residents of the beautiful Hawai'ian Islands. I look forward to cooking for you and your 'ohana.

We had a totally enjoyable meal with Chef Maya and her daughter, Nora. The meal was amazing and fresh and they were both lovely people! They even brought a candle for my father-in-laws cake as it was his birthday celebration! The kitchen was completely cleaned up without a trace at the end! We would absolutely hire them again!

Maja made our vacation incredible! She is friendly, helpful, and very talented. Her food is beautiful and delicious. My kids loved her cooking, there were no complaints! It was worth every penny and we wish we lived closer, so we could enjoy her talents more often!
