I am a 2x JAMED BEARD nominated Chef and Food Network Competition cooking show champion. I have established a reputation for innovative plant based cooking, but that is only a piece of my repertoire. However much I adore local seasonal produce I also seek out small producers of grass fed meats and dairy to craft simple meticulous dishes that allow the products to speak for themselves. I am a CHOCOLATIER to add a decadent finale to my savory courses and also focus on wild and wonderful chocolate tastings. BON APPETIT!
