My Culinary journey began in 2018 cooking for my residents. At that moment I knew I wanted to expand my journey and dive deeper into the culinary expertise and enhance my skills. I started my business in 2020 called DariosDelights located in Greensboro, NC. and then relocated to Charlotte, NC to attend Johnson & Wales University. Growing up, cooking was always a passion of mine. Learning from my mistakes has helped me gain confidence in creating top-quality dishes for friends, family, and customers. I have catered weddings, large parties, birthdays, and more.

I really enjoyed my first Take a Chef experience. Ahead of the dinner, my chef communicated well and was very responsive to all of my questions. He was also personable and my guests enjoyed his service. The delivery of each course was presented at the perfect pace and the dishes prepared were tasty. I would have liked more innovative/creative dishes but our menu was still great and of good quality. I would definitely use Take a Chef again.
