My name is Mack Skeen, I am 25 years old and have been in the culinary industry for 7 years, I started my career off as a dishwasher and worked my way up to being a Chef in a fine dining setting. My speciality is creating flavor profiles, butchering, and sauté.
My husband and I started Mercenary Culinary with the goal to feed our community, and educate clients with cooking knowledge and skills, we’re both very excited to start our journey as private chefs.
