I am a professional chef that has been in the industry for over 10 years. Most recently working as the Chef de cuisine, at a french fine dinning restaurant in Denver. I've had the privilege to work and study at Michelin star restaurants, working not only in the kitchens but also in the gardens. Truly delicious food comes from amazing ingredients and we have a lot of wonderful farmers in Colorado.
