Professional Chef with over a decade of experience in cuisines from around the world ranging from contemporary American to Southeast Asian and everything in-between. I found my passion at the tender age of 16 years old and never looked back. I love to teach others my passion and how to mulnipulate ingredients as well as intrigue people to cook for themselves.
