My professional career has started in a kitchen in 2001 and hasn’t stopped ever since.

Throughout Argentina, Brasil, Mexico, USA and Dubai I have developed a multicultural cuisine repertoire which I love to keep enhancing every day

I’m a Miami based food consultant with 20+ years of culinary experience

I own my Latin American Steakhouse In Minneapolis, MN.

And when im not traveling with the company I work as the Executive Chef and product developer, I'm cooking down here for whoever wants the best possible meal
