I have experience in France, and Switzerland where I learned to make chocolate from the best, Spain I learned the heart of Spanish cuisine, Germany I mastered my skill of focus...before I traveled and settled in the United States. I’m very serious and professional, and attentive to detail with a desire to surprise and leave emotions.
