Hi, I'm Luigi! I am a professional chef from Puglia, Italy. I've been cooking since I was a child with my mom, who taught me to make fresh pasta and traditional Southern Italian recipes, then I went to culinary school in Foggia, Italy. I started my cooking career at beachside Italian resorts and five star hotels in Milan and Zurich. Now I've been cooking in NYC restaurants for 12 years. From casual eateries to fine dining restaurants, I can build a menu for any occasion!
