Driven by my passion for cooking, I strive to create a comfortable, healthy environment that fosters great memories for those I serve.
I’m a professional chef with 11 years of experience working in top restaurants, including Michelin-starred establishments in New York City and Italy. My passion for cooking was inspired by my family, who has been running a business for over 50 years. My culinary journey began in Rome, where I honed my skills at Enoteca La Torre, now a two-Michelin-starred restaurant. I later joined La Torre del Saracino on the Amalfi Coast, where the daily delivery of fresh fish and the scent of the sea coming through our kitchen doors became some of my most cherished memories.
After the pandemic, I moved to New York City, where I worked with Ignacio Mattos and his hospitality group across several restaurants. As a chef de cuisine, I’ve found that my commitment to creating unique, memorable experiences for my team and guests is what fuels my love for this city. New York has introduced me to an incredible variety of food experiences, vibrant cultures, and the modern American culinary scene—a true reflection of the melting pot I’m lucky to be a part of every day. I find pure joy in discovering the best ingredients and celebrating the innovation of promising chefs from around the world.
