I’ve loved food my entire life. Being able to use my gift to feed others, and make it my career has been my biggest blessing.
I’ve been in this industry since I was 15 years old. I started as a hostess , and worked my way through the front of the house, to the kitchen. I I then went on to work my way up from grade mangier to Executive Catering Chef. Starting with the Bay Oaks country club, you may have tasted my food at Emmaline, Rainbow Lodge, international smoke , Warehouse 72, The Merchant Cafe, or any of the 1000’s of high end catering events while my 5 year Career with A’Fare extraordinaire. As a life long lover and student of food, I look forward to creating a customized experience for each of my clients.
