I am a professionally trained chef with many years of experience, at least 20 or more. I studied at The Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, located in Boulder Colorado as well as Austin Texas. I studied under some very well-known and reputable chefs. Chef JD Forde, Chef Lionel Heydel as well as Chef Steve Sabatino.
