My culinary adventure started around 6 years after when I got a job as a dishwasher at a french bistro. Since then I have continued to hone my skills, work with different ingredients, and develop my own style of cuisine.
Recently I started Stranger Fruits Culinary Practice, as a way for me to expand myself to beyond the kitchen. This company's focus is to educate and empower people with all the confidence of a michelin starred chef. We aim to connect people, food and whole communities over dinner tables.
