Hello, my name is Logan Stetler, I am 21 years old and I have been cooking in restaurants since I was about 13. I was raised in the industry and it's the only job I've ever wanted to have. I decided to take my cooking to the next level when I attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. By completing this internationally recognized program, it took me from being a line cook to being a chef and creator. One of my notable experiences is interning at a Michelin star restaurant in Bruges, Belgium. I worked 18 hour days for 3 months with no pay, just to gain a greater culinary perspective. I have spent thousands of hours in professional kitchens and I would love to share all of this experience with you.
