I am a professional Chef of over 25 years, originally from Northern California and have been in Las Vegas 9 years now. After over 20 years in restaurants, working every job finding my ultimate passion in cooking. My mother was born in Denmark so I have a blend of cooking styles with my European/Californian upbringing.

I enjoy cooking many different types of cuisines with some old world touches resulting in Timeless_entrees, honing my skills at John Ash hotel and Restaurant in Sonoma County CA after graduating culinary school.

I love expanding my knowledge either with new recipes and or new facts of diet and nutrition. How food can save the body and still taste amazing.

Available for all events catering, meal prepping, private dinners all the way to family dinners.

A way to feel free and truly be me. A way to remember my family and what I was taught as a child not knowing I was learning. A true way to bring joy.

I learned to cook at...

I grew up in the kitchen with my grandmother's, went to culinary school. Started at a 4 star restaurant running the hotel kitchen and dinner service.

A cooking secret...

To just be me. "Because of her I will not fail" I take inspiration from everything around me.
