My philosophy is if you have good energy you will create good food. I love what I do. Walking between savory and pastry is my favorite place to be.

My name is Lisa Zaehler. I have been a chef for over 20 years. I have been formally trained for the last fifteen years. I am a well rounded chef that has traveled the U.S.
I have an associates degree in baking and pastry along with a B.A in Culinary Management, and I am currently finishing my social media marketing certification with Meta.
I was fortunate to be a military spouse and travel, learning from a wide range of chefs and teachers. I do bring much to the table for a future employee and would love to help your company become better and grow.
