I am a passionate, self-taught chef with years of hands-on experience in the culinary world. My journey began at a vocational high school, where I honed my foundational skills in culinary arts before furthering my education at The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College. With an early love for baking, quickly followed by a deep passion for cooking, I dedicated my career to mastering both the science and artistry of food.

Throughout my career, I have worked in some of Philadelphia’s most respected kitchens, including Lacroix at The Rittenhouse, where I gained invaluable fine-dining experience. I have also contributed my expertise to large-scale catering operations with industry leaders like Aramark and Levy, showcasing my ability to create exceptional food on any scale.

Driven by creativity, dedication, and a love for the craft, I continue to push culinary boundaries, inspiring others with my skill, resilience, and passion for food.
