Chef Lindsay And Ben Johnson
Chef At Home In MaryvilleWe are a married couple who are currently senior sous chefs at Blackberry Farm. We both have over 10 years of experience in fine dining kitchens. Lindsay received a culinary degree from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and has worked and trained in some of the best restaurants in the country. Ben received his culinary degree from the French Culinary Institute and worked several years in New York City, primarily at Gramercy Tavern, before making his way to Tennessee. We met in Tennessee while working at Blackberry Farm together and have been married now for three years.
We are passionate about cooking with the seasons and letting the ingredients speak for themselves. We love to use plenty of vegetables in our dishes. We are able and willing to accommodate many dietary restrictions as well.
