We are a married couple who are currently senior sous chefs at Blackberry Farm. We both have over 10 years of experience in fine dining kitchens. Lindsay received a culinary degree from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and has worked and trained in some of the best restaurants in the country. Ben received his culinary degree from the French Culinary Institute and worked several years in New York City, primarily at Gramercy Tavern, before making his way to Tennessee. We met in Tennessee while working at Blackberry Farm together and have been married now for three years.

We are passionate about cooking with the seasons and letting the ingredients speak for themselves. We love to use plenty of vegetables in our dishes. We are able and willing to accommodate many dietary restrictions as well.

Ben and Lindsay provided meals for our large family of 17 during our vacation to the smoky mountains. We asked for a combination of meals prepped and served by them, but also just prepared meals to keep us going when they weren't around and it could not have worked out better! This made our trip easy and enjoyable by not having to worry about so much cooking and cleaning and it allowed for more time spent together/ doing activities. They were thoughtful with our menu, punctual and professional. The meals were delicious and the effort they put into making everything from scratch was impressive! Not to mention they are personable and trustworthy, I could not give a higher recomendation!

I can't say enough good things about Lindsay and Ben! They created the perfect dinner for our parents' 50th anniversary celebration. The food was AMAZING and they were lovely company for everyone, including our children and dog. They were knowledgeable and happy to answer our endless questions about ingredients, preparation, technique, and presentation. They brought all the flavor of the region to our table. Coordinating with them was easy and they accommodated our dietary restrictions. They arrived on time, provided beautiful dishes and cutlery, and served the meal right on time. My family continues to talk about this meal and I'm sure they will for a long time to come!
