Private Chef with over 10 years of experience in preparing exclusive dishes for private events, specialized in Italian, Mediterranean, Latin American, vegetarian, gluten-free, and sugar-free cuisine. I was born in Venezuela, I grew up between Venezuela and Sicily – Italy and I have worked closely with high-profile clients in gastronomic destinations across Europe, including Ibiza, Milan, Rome, Florence, Naples and Sicily, creating exclusive menus for events and private dinners with a strong focus on using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Creative, with solid culinary training and a strong passion for innovation, delivering unforgettable culinary experiences from the traditional flavors of grandma’s kitchen to the most sophisticated ones.
