Chef Lewis Tatham

I have been in the food industry for about 13 years now, having worked at a variety of counter service and table service restaurants. I have been on food network once, have made several wedding cakes and have catered for several other events. In the absence of having rich culture of my own I have put great effort into understanding and learning from others. While I haven’t done much professional catering since having moved to Colorado, I do have monthly dinner parties where I spend way too much of my own money on trying to supply a meal for people who I reckon haven’t had much better quality food that what you can get in the frozen section of the grocery store. I Have often brought food to people at local Asian, Mexican, and European grocery stores to seek their critic, despite it usually being embarrassing at first. But I always get genuine and helpful advice on how to improve. I speak many languages and am constantly practicing each and everyone. My greatest joy is bringing people together through language or food and being able to share stories and culture.
